Right of cancellation may be exercised by contacting Tony DUrso Businesses via e-mail. After processing the cancellation, Tony DUrso Businesses will delete customer or prospective customer's personal information from its data base.

Any dispute over privacy between customer and Tony DUrso Businesses is subject to the provisions of this notice and to Tony DUrso Businesses Terms of Use Agreement which is hereby incorporated herein and which can be read on our Website.
